Account & billing data — information needed to set up and bill your subscription. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Communications — messages, enquiries, and any information you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, collected through standard web logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
Cookies — small files used to keep the site functioning and to understand aggregate usage. See "Cookies" below.

To provide, operate, and improve our services and website;
To respond to enquiries, schedule consultations, and deliver the services you request;
To process subscriptions, payments, and related billing;

Where our services use Google APIs and you sign in with Google, we access only the data necessary to provide the requested functionality, use it solely for that purpose, and do not sell it. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
