Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of Golden Elite Consulting Limited ("Golden Elite", "we", "us"). By using our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The services

Golden Elite provides enterprise AI transformation consulting and AI-powered sales development ("AI SDR") services, including automated outreach over email and WhatsApp, lead qualification, follow-up, and reporting. Specific features and quotas depend on the plan you select.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

Pricing — plans are billed monthly in Singapore Dollars (SGD) as shown on our pricing page, and exclude GST unless stated.
Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Quotas & overage — each plan includes a monthly quota. Usage beyond the quota is billed as overage at the rates published on our pricing page and settled automatically based on actual usage.
Payments — payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and quotas do not roll over.

5. Acceptable use and your responsibilities

Because our services send outreach on your behalf, you are responsible for using them lawfully. You agree that you will:

Only contact recipients you are legally permitted to contact, with any consent required by applicable law;
Comply with all applicable anti-spam, marketing, data-protection, and messaging-platform rules — including, where relevant, the PDPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and the WhatsApp/Meta Business policies;
Not use the services for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content, or to send malware;
Maintain accurate contact lists and honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests.

You are responsible for the content of your campaigns and the contact data you provide. We may suspend services for conduct that violates these Terms or that risks the integrity or reputation of our platforms.

6. Intellectual property

The website, our services, and all related software, content, and branding are owned by Golden Elite or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to us.

7. Confidentiality

Each party may access non-public information of the other in connection with the services. Both parties agree to protect such information and use it only to perform under these Terms.

8. Third-party services

Our services rely on third parties such as Stripe, Cloudflare, messaging providers, and Meta/WhatsApp. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to deliver strong results, we do not guarantee any specific number of replies, meetings, conversions, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Elite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising out of the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Golden Elite harmless from claims arising out of your content, your contact data, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

12. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use our website or services. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
